Ms. Salama has 8+ years of experience in primary education and holds a Bachelor Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Dodoma. She is passionate about child-centered learning.

Erick Mosha has joined Perfectway as finance manager in 2026, has experince in area of banking and marketing with working experience from reputatble financial institutions in Tanzania.
